Overview
As a part of the Americas AFC Know Your Client (KYC) team, the KYC QC Senior Analyst will be responsible for conducting reviews of Financial Crime Risk Assessments for any exceptions identified and verifying that related Deutsche Bank policies and procedures are met. The QC Senior Analyst is also responsible for validating the results of QC reviews and promptly escalating any concerns and feedback to the BLAFC Heads for further review.

• Testing sampled Financial Crime Risk Assessments to ensure adherence to Business Line Anti-Financial Crime (BLAFC) procedures
• Monitor, record and report the results of the Quality Control reviews to management on a regular basis
• Determine the root causes of defects and reworks
• Ensure that remediation of client relationship files is carried out in the prescribed manner and timeframe per the Quality Control Methodology
• Collecting and compiling statistical quality data on population of reviewed Financial Crime Risk Assessments, Assisting in the development of test methods and inspection plans
• Assist on special projects and other efforts in conducting other Quality Control Program requirements, as needed Skills You'll Need
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, moderate of experience working in an Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) risk management function pertaining to one or more of the following AFC Risk types; anti-money laundering (AML), Sanctions & Embargoes, Anti-Fraud, Anti-Bribery & Corruption
• Relevant of experience in an Audit, Testing, Quality Assurance or Quality Control role focused on assessing risk management effectiveness, especially around know your client (KYC) and BSA/AML matters
• Subject-matter expertise or knowledge of financial products/services offered by Wealth Management and/or Corporate and Investment Banking business lines
• Strong understanding and application of relevant global AML & know your client (KYC) regulation and legislation (including but not limited to; the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA PATRIOT Act, FinCEN CDD Rule, German AML Act, the German Banking Act, 3rd AML EU Directive, 4th AML EU Directive and other supporting regulations), Working knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables, macros, filtering, and sorting
• An understanding of the legal and compliance issues of complex banking organizations, Knowledge of Internal Deutsche Bank KYC systems or the ability to quickly learn about such matters, CAMS certification preferred Skills That Will Help You Excel
• A strong team player with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Able to work independently and accurately prioritize workload with minimal supervision
• A superb writer and communicator
• An analytically focused problem-solver with the ability to identify, escalate, and communicate issues to management in an effective manner Expectations

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $75,000-$110,750 . Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
